Terms of Service
Effective date:
These terms govern your use of StillMetrics at https://stillmetrics.com and its account, workspace, integration and reporting services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use StillMetrics for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. A developing reporting service
StillMetrics helps authorized users organize advertising and commerce data for analytics and external reporting. The platform is currently in development. Meta Ads is integrated; Salla exists but is not fully ready, and other integrations are upcoming. Features may be experimental, limited, changed or temporarily unavailable.
The Meta Ads Looker Studio Community Connector handoff is a Beta / Test deployment, not approved production onboarding. Current StillMetrics reporting authorization uses workspace API keys, not Google OAuth. Google authentication, where chosen, is for signing into StillMetrics. Availability of a source or report does not mean its provider has endorsed, certified or verified StillMetrics.
2. Accounts and workspace access
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for use of your account and for ensuring that people you invite to a workspace are authorized to access its data. Workspace owners and administrators must review membership, roles and reporting access.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. StillMetrics is intended for business use, not for children. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access at ziadelamary@gmail.com.
3. Your data and connection permissions
You retain your rights in data you provide or authorize StillMetrics to retrieve. You grant StillMetrics permission to access, store, process and transmit that data as needed to provide the service and requested reporting, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Only connect ad accounts, stores and other sources you are permitted to use. You are responsible for required notices, permissions and lawful handling of information relating to customers, employees and other individuals. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for reporting.
Source access is opt-in and depends on permissions granted through the source platform. You may revoke source permissions in that platform's settings. Revocation may prevent future retrieval but does not automatically delete previously imported information or exported copies.
4. Reporting keys and third-party tools
Reporting keys grant access to data exposed by the relevant workspace reporting endpoints. Treat them as credentials: share them only with authorized users or tools, protect them from public disclosure and revoke them if compromised. You are responsible for access settings on Looker Studio data sources, Google Sheets and any exported report.
Meta, Salla, Google and other providers have their own terms, policies, permissions and limits. You must comply with the terms applicable to your use of those services. Providers may change APIs, restrict access, revoke permissions or become unavailable; StillMetrics cannot control those decisions. Third-party subscriptions or charges are your responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Access another workspace or data source without authorization, bypass access controls, or disclose credentials to unauthorized people.
- Use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights or upload malicious content.
- Disrupt the service, overload endpoints, evade provider limits or attempt to exploit security weaknesses.
- Misrepresent reports, use source data beyond your permissions, or claim StillMetrics or a provider has approved your use when it has not.
6. Reporting accuracy and availability
Reports depend on data returned by connected platforms, permissions, attribution settings, currencies and successful synchronization. Figures may be delayed, revised, incomplete or unavailable; current-day results may be provisional. Some metrics cannot be added across dates or reporting levels. You should verify important figures against source records before relying on them.
StillMetrics does not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete historical coverage, a particular refresh schedule or fully automatic synchronization for every source. Reports are informational tools, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Maintain independent copies of business-critical records.
7. Trials and future paid services
Plans, trial status and feature availability may be displayed in the service. A displayed price does not by itself authorize a charge. If paid subscriptions are introduced, applicable pricing, billing frequency, cancellation and payment conditions must be presented before you agree to purchase. These terms do not create a payment commitment by themselves.
8. Service ownership
StillMetrics and its licensors retain rights in the service's software, design, branding and other materials, excluding your data and third-party materials. You may use the service for its intended purposes under these terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant rights to another provider's trademarks.
9. Suspension, termination and deletion requests
You can stop using StillMetrics and request account or workspace deletion by emailing ziadelamary@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and authority before handling a request. Deletion and any necessary retention are described in the Privacy Policy; disconnection alone does not guarantee deletion.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, provider restrictions or material violations of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may also discontinue developing features or the service, with notice where reasonably practical. These actions do not delete copies already held in third-party tools.
10. As-is service and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StillMetrics is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Beta functionality should not be relied on as your sole business reporting system.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StillMetrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption or losses arising from reliance on incomplete reports or third-party outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these terms as StillMetrics develops. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date, and material changes will be communicated where required. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. Applicable mandatory law and lawful court rights continue to apply; these terms do not specify an invented place of incorporation or require a particular foreign dispute forum.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms or the service, contact StillMetrics at ziadelamary@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, reporting keys or source tokens in your message.
